How many times a day do we pray to God to cleanse us fom our sins?Do you pray and o believe that God cares for those that needs his love and care?The world is growing in sin every day without noticing.Is it not yet time to bow to the Almighty Father and ask 4 forgiveness and peace to the world?Do you even believe in God?

Spirituality is the emotional and intellectual realization that we are all one and that we share our common humanity and as such we must  help eachother and make the world a better place. Spirituality is living by motives of love instead of hate. Spirituality is forsaking greed and wanting to do what benefits humanity the most. Spirituality is forgiving. Spirituality is sacrificing your own selfish wants and desires in favor of helping others with greater legitimate needs than our own. Spirituality is giving to charity and doing good work. So some of the most spiritual people I know by this definition happen to be atheists and socialists. I do not think how many times we pray per day defines spirituality and we must not keep dumping our problems on God's lap, God needs our help, God helps those who help themselves...we must work actively to make things better. If you know the Iraq war is wrong, protest it, don't just pray for peace.

Spirituality is also knowing that there is more to reality than meets our senses by having direct mystical experiences which altar our conscious state. In altered states people can heal and have access to many spiritual powers like telepathy, clairvoyance, soul travel and the true capabilities of human nature become revelealed...we don't use 1/10 of our brains let alone our senses. From my limited experience of altered states I can share with you that extrasensory perceptions and abilities only flourish when they are used for the good of others. When you use them for the benefit of your own ego like trying to win the lotto or seduce someone sexually, the powers fade away like a flower dying on the vine...
