can somebody that knows about jesus, christinatiy or catholic or protestant can tell me what is jesus ??? is he god? son of god? holy spirit? and is he jew? did he compelte jewdaism? and according to history he didn't wrote bible and had no idea there was a book by name bible.. anyway if there some jesus freak out there lets have a good chat about it ....

* son of god? Yes.
* holy spirit? Same as above.
* is he jew? He was born Jewish, yes.
* did he compelte jewdaism? The followers of Judaism do not accept him as the messiah because he did not meet all the requirements.

well, we got 4 major  bibles Marcus, Luc, Johannes  and Matheww, and they all contradact eachother, and Moses though were diffrent like moses said u can divorce ur wife, but jesus said no u can't, moses said eye for eye and teeth for teeth but jesus said if they slap u , just let em slap u 1 more time, if a wife cheat on her husband she will be stoned to death, but jesus will asylum them, moses wasn't circumzie himself but said circumsizing is 1 of the major faith indication, but jesus said it's okay,....some peole said jesus compeleted jewdasim, but there is so many contradaction that is impossible to confirm that....

and how in hell we gonna have 2 gods??? the 1st of 10thcommetment said SHALL NOT WORSHIP ANY GODS? so why are we having 2 gods,

I hate to break it to u my fabulous, jesus loving friends, but jesus himself didn't even claim to be from god, and he didn't even know that people make a big deal out of him up to day, the only person that help to make a messiah out of him was Paulus and told people jesus bought the eternal life for everybody with his blood

If you're really interested, you should see a priest about this and ask him those questions instead of just some random person on MPB who has limited knowledge about Christianity.

This is a great place to post your questions regarding religion because even among "Jesus lovers," there are varying opinions on the matter (with different levels of credentials), and you should not limit yourself to what a lone priest says.  I remember in college there was a priest who would visit my university regularly and cite instances in the Bible where Jesus made the same decisions a capitalist would,  therefore making Jesus a capitalist, against communism, and if he were alive today, he would own Chevron and Microsoft stock.  Oh yeah, Jesus would also hate all things made overseas, particularly China.

The bottom line is you should hear all sides and MAKE YOUR OWN JUDGEMENTS. :)

david this place has the potential 2 b a great place 2 learn about religion and all,but because theres so many fags up in here and katts like "Persian Immortal" get butt-hurt if u disagree wit them this place will only get people into fights with religion threads...if we had more open minded peeps like u or blue it would be a bomb ass forum...but unfortunately we don't,so katts should stick to the regular "short or long hair for guys?" threads and not overload there brains...

Well, I have to respectfully disagree.  The forums are here to faciliate discussion.  I don't think we should limit ourselves to non-scholarly discussions because of a few bad seeds.  Members should be free to post what they wish as long as it does not violate any of the rules.  If the rules are broken the admin/moderators intervene.

i think u got what i was saying wrong dawg...i'm not saying he can't post religious threads.i'm saying he's not gonna get anything out of it thats usefull 2 him,unless he enjoys getting into fights...cause almost all the threads either in the religion ot political forums end in fights and shit...IMO its a bad idea 2 bring these topics here,i never said that he can't have these discussions...and as for rules in the forums...i don't think we have any solid ones yet...and yeah,everybody is free 2 post their opinion(s) on any subject they want 2...
